A tudy of the Development of E-commerce for Small and Medium Size Enterprises within Heilongjiang Province

Within China's eleventh five year plan is the proposal to develop e-commerce between large enterprises and then to extend it to small and medium size businesses,key industries and third party providers etc.E-commerce is quote as "the greatest potential opportunity' for future business",we should actively promote it and accelerate it's development.This article will analysis the current ecommerce situation,relevant problems and emphasis the importance of developing e-commerce for Heilongjiang's economy.From this we will provide advice for small and medium size enterprises with regard to participating in e-commerce.
