The Design of the Personnel Management System Based on J2EE and Oracle

摘要

It's of importance for information-based universities to set up personal management system in the university,and to raise the level of personal management of information.Analyzing the present condition of the personal management informationbased construction in universities,together with the target and planning principle in the system of personal management,the paper elaborates technique of three-level personal management system,based on J2EE and Oracle,in universities,analyzes the functional and key part in the system,and puts forwards to the improvement of the future direction on the system.
