This paper studies the factors which influence the satisfaction of personal internet banking.The model of personal internet banking is established.Questionnaires is used to collect data.Data is analyzed by SPSS17.0 and LISREL8.7 to verify the model.Some recommendations is proposed to increase the satisfaction of online banking's users.
