摘要

This paper is based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation analysis, establishing the evaluation model of customer satisfaction of Jingdezhen daily-used ceramic. First, this work determines the weights by AHP method, then establishes a model to assess the grey correlation degree. By analyzing and evaluating the correlation degree of customer satisfaction, the analysis results will help to provide decision support for the managers of enterprise.
