摘要

With the emergence of knowledge economy, enterprises will be confronted with changing environment, especially the private-owned SMEs. Traditional organization will face more and more surviving crisis, and organizational structure innovation is a pivotal factor to the development in the future. Organizational structure's flexibility becomes the trend of organization innovation. This paper studies the prevalent problem in the private-owned SMEs in China, and analyses the meaning and direction of organizational structure flexibility, then explores the ways and means to implement organizational structure's flexibility innovation.
