The debate of enterprise competitive advantage theory's inspiration on the private economy's upgrading and transformation in Zhejiang

摘要

Based on the study of the enterprise competitive theory's development, this article believes that the essence of upgrading and transformation for private economy is reconstructing the competitive advantages of it. The private economy's competitive advantages come from the factors both internal and external of enterprise. Then, this paper concludes that some inspirations of how the Zhejiang private economy's development could upgrade and transform well, including market reconstruction, industrial cluster changing, area environment forming and four transformations.
