In order to understand the effect of environment of different noise frequencies on the change of human physiological responses, this study used Ryodoraku Measurement to measure the change in skin surface resistance to evaluate how four different noise frequencies, 125 Hz, 500 Hz, 2000 Hz and white noise affected the change in autonomic nervous response and the corresponding meridians. The experimental results of the comprehensive analysis found that, the human Heart Constrictor meridians, Heart meridians and Triple Heater meridians were related to pericardium, blood vessel and blood circulation system would be more easily affected by the stimulation of noise environment. In addition, under the stimulation of low-frequency noise, high-frequency noise, and white noise, the human Bladder meridians and Gall Bladder meridians related to ears, eyes, shoulder joints, digestive system and endocrine system could be influenced significantly.
