Discussion on the infeasibility study of key projects

摘要

At present,number of feasibility study avoided infeasibility study deliberately. This paper tried to bring the infeasibility study as a procedure,which makes it a section in the earlier decision. By establishing a system online for comments on the decision of key projects, seaking for the opinions of infeasibility study of key projects,standardizing the procedure of the infeasibility study to be a fixed pattern of the system,to develop its ability in decision-making of the projects.
