Research ZL102Al-Si alloy under the effect of electromagnetic stirring changes of microstructure and study the Al-Si alloy under electromagnetic stirring solidification. Test showed Electromagnetic Stirring could chang the behavior of solidification in gear to Al-Si alloys. Atomic group of Al-Si alloy melt segregation is merged in the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic stirring. Al-Si alloy melt in the formation of local micro-area transient voltage by electromagnetic stirring and reduced critical radius required for nucleation.
