Plant venation evolve into many amazing patterns attracting the attention of many botanists and physicists. Hierarchy and reticulum are the distinguished characteristics of dicotyledonous leaves, which are needed in high demand of rib layout. Several optimization inspirations are extracted after discussions on their topology regularities and morphogenesis mechanism. Hierarchy optimization model is proposed for reinforcement distribution. Energy criterion, shear stress and areoles division is responsible for three ranks of veins respectively. Suggestive guidelines are given for easier application
