Research on development problems of China's rural finance based on Huaian City

摘要

Based on Huaian City, development problems of China's rural finance are studied in this paper, such as modes, problems and causes. The basic route of rural financial development is indicated. In the short-term, that is, continuing the construction of credit guarantee mechanism as the key point, accelerating the establishment of mechanisms on agriculture loan risk allocation and cost compensation. In the medium-long run, that is, accelerating the relevant basic system and infrastructure construction, eliminating the legal and institutional obstacles on rural financial innovation, speeding up rural market-oriented interest rate, establishing the elastic and multi-level financial market system in rural areas. This paper discusses the above topic and gives suggestions upon it.
