Research on public investment, private investment and economic growth in the global financial crisis: A preliminary model

摘要

Financial crisis in 2008 brought a heavy blow to the global economy. How to resist this crisis and improve economy growth was an important question faced by the government of many countries. This paper focuses on the influence of public investment, private investment on economic growth. First, according to Ak model, the mathematic model is built to analyze the dynamic relationship between public capital and private capital. Subsequently, the impacts of public capital and private capital on economic growth are discussed. Basis on this, some valuable conclusions of the above are educed and tested by the practical institution of Chinese economy.
