This paper firstly carries on quantitative analysis of self-locking phenomenon in mechanics, then bring it into GreenSupply Chain Management of enterprises, on this basis established the Self-locking theoretical model that enterprises adopt Green Supply Chain Management, analyzed some factors that restrict the adoption of GSCM. Supposing one enterprise isunder self-locking condition, in the foundation of adjusting various aspect weights, provided the adopters of GSCM with some countermeasures.
