摘要

The design method of hydraulic system of power split full hybrid transmission is studied. Oil volume flow and pressure requirement is confirmed according to the vehicle control strategy. Mechanical gear pump and electric pump are used to supply oil flow for all driving modes. Self-adapted pressure regulation circuit is designed to supply high pressure oil for brake engagement. Dynamic model of hydraulic system was established to investigate the characteristics of oil flow and pressure. The simulation results indicate the hydraulic proposal is operative and the oil flow and pressure reach the design requirement.
