Based on theory of finite strip method, the aqueduct body is discretely meshed into some strips, explicit formulate of element stiffness and mass matrix of the aqueduct body are derived. The brace of aqueducts is simulated into beam elements. The rubber supports with basin shape linking the brace and the aqueduct body are simulated using spring elements. By compiling program, the modes and the vibration frequencies of the aqueduct of a large-scale aqueduct are examined. The model of this paper is correctness. The earthquake time history response of large-scale aqueduct with fluid influence by added mass method is discussed under three cases, during respectively inputting three synchronous earthquake waves.
