This paper discusses the challenges and successes encountered while creating aretrocommissioning offering for industrial compressed air systems. The pilot program succeededin enrolling seven different manufacturing facilities that, combined, represented more than 5,475connected compressor horsepower. Five of the seven companies completed the pilot programand captured more than 2.3 Million annual kWh at an incentive cost of less than $0.03/kWh forthe first year’s savings.
