摘要

This paper proposes a photovoltaic generation grid-connected system with cascaded multi-level inverter, based on digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and field programmable gate array(FPGA). Carrier Phase Shifting Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(CPS-SPWM)based on FPGA is applied to the system. The principles of Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT)and the implementation of CPS-SPWM are presented. The experiment results show the output waveforms with lower harmonics have the same frequency and phase with grid. The method is easily modularized and expanded in capacity. It is of a good prospect in photovoltaic generation grid-connected system.
