摘要

The electric driving speed regulation strategy is studied based on vector control of asynchronous motor by the mine hoist working characteristic. The vector control principle and the mathematic model of asynchronous motor are analysed. The dsPIC30F6010 is used as controlling center and the variable frequency speed regulation system of vector control is designed. The vector control technology of asynchronous motor is verified by test. The result demonstrated that the vector control system have higher steady precision, shorter dynamic regulation time, smaller overshoot and its anti-jamming ability is better. The timing performance can be compared beauty with DC completely. And the improved requirement of working reliability, higher controlling precision and energy saving high frequency of mine hoist controlling system can be satisfied.
