Evaluation method of enterprise information quality based on QFD

摘要

Enterprises, whose information quality has won the particular concern of information quality researchers, are the subjects that are rich in information styles and focuses on information quality in national economy. However, there is no widely recognized effective way on the evaluation of information quality. For this reason, this paper, on the basis of the definition and analysis of information quality, combining with the basic principles and expanding steps of Quality Function Deployment, gives the improved House of Quality model for enterprise information quality evaluation and proposes evaluation of enterprise information quality based on QFD.
