The different bargaining power of enterprises in supply chain has a significant impact on operation of enterprises and supply chain. So, the decentralized operation in Supply Chain is concerned with two competitive manufacturers that sell products through common retailer. Also, the supposed demand is dependent on prices. The study examines that demand is not only affected by the selling price but also by substitution price because of manufacturers' competition. In this paper, Supply Chain's equilibrium results of three bargaining power structures are analyzed according to the different bargaining power between two manufacturers. Finally, the paper studies the impact of different bargaining power and product substitutability on equilibrium results of manufacturers and retailer.
