摘要

Extreme ultraviolet (EUV) spectrum emitted from oxygen plasma in the laser detonation atomic oxygen space environmental simulator, which has been widely used in the space environmental effect studies on the ground, was investigated. The measurement system was being built in this study and the first spectrum was obtained. Multiple emission lines are observed in the wavelength between 20-30 nm. It was confirmed that samples exposed to hyperthermal atomic oxygen beam in the test facility also experienced the EUV emission, simultaneously.
