In today's world of web, everybody desires different types of E-services from the internet, which is a massive storehouse of information, and on demand produces required services in front of the consumer. This brings revolution to the civilization of mankind. Hundreds of researchers are working on easy access of web services. When a user searches web for specific information, the search engine produces tens or even hundreds of web services related to the desired information. From this bulk, it is tough enough even for a sophisticated user to find out the matter of interest due to syntactical match based searching. Researches are now able to impart semantics to the web services so that the response to the client might be more specific. But in this case also, there is a possible chance of generation of different sets of web services which may confuse the naive user. In this paper we introduce a novel concept of matchmaking of semantic web services with the user's goal. Here in lieu of invoking different sets of web services, the system will generate only one of the best choices available in the web. A case study on e-health system using the propose algorithm has been illustrated here briefly.
