摘要

With the coming of information era, learning fashion is changing gradually from the traditional fashion to E-learning as the times require. Commonly, E-learning includes the following five aspects: basic learning skill, information accomplishment, innovative thought capability, communication and cooperation, and practical capability. This paper firstly described the definition, systematic structure and relative characteristic of E-learning, then discussed the inscape and evaluation of enterprise E-Learning capability based on knowledge audit, finally, put forward the conclusion: E-learning is a very important work and approach to implement knowledge management, develop the human resource and unfold managerial activities.
