Measurement of electromagnetic fields of sub-nanosecond impulses in coaxial waveguides

The characteristics of measurements of parameters of impulses of the subnanosecond range in the coaxial waveguides by capacitive dividers of different type are considered. Advantages of application of dividers with partial integration and procedure of subsequent numerical restoration of initial impulse are showed.
