Cardiac optical mapping changes cardiac membrane potential into optical signal with the voltage-sensitive dye, and carrys out image acquisition, storage, processing and other functions. This paper successfully finish image processing of the rabbit heart based on optical mapping, displaying membrane potential conduction map, denoising single-cell action potential duration map, locating the beginning of depolarization and the ending of repolarization, and Calculating polarization period length. The results of study in this paper can be combined cardiac electrophysiology computer simulation technology to explore the mechanism of cardiac fibrillation and defibrillation, and provide references to cardiac electrophysiology research.
