摘要

The value-net is the product of the rapid development of information economy. It is a new business design that uses digital supply chain concepts to achieve both superior customer satisfaction and company profitability, and coordinates member firms within the value-net, and extracts the core capabilities of the value creation. This paper introduces the concept and model of value-net, and constructs a enterprise competitive strategy based on value-net by analyzing Porterȁ9;s traditional competitive strategy, and also presents the implementation of enterprise competitive strategy based on value-net. Furthermore, the author attempts to shed light on application methods for practitioners on their business initiatives.
