摘要

This paper presents the wind turbine emulator using the wind turbine model based on blade element momentum theory. The lift coefficient cl and drag coefficient cd of designed blade shape are calculated with the fluid analysis. Therefore the proposed wind turbine emulator can emulate the new designed windmill without manufacturing. Also the wind turbine model considers the mechanical model and the condition of generator. And the proposed wind turbine emulator can emulate the behavior for arbitrary wind velocity conditions. This means the wind turbine emulator behaves differently even for same wind velocity V0. The tower shadow effect is not considered in this paper. However the wind turbine model can be extend to cope with the spatial distribution of V0. Therefore the wind turbine emulator will be able to consider not only tower shadow effect but also the differences of V0 depending on the height.
