It is more important that scientific and effective incentive Mechanism to improve satisfaction of employees and increase the competitiveness of enterprise. Sell is an a pivotal role for business, with the decrease of product differences and the increase of consumers demand, more complexing job and more stress on marketing people. It is a important question how to promote the marketing staffs better performance by implementing effective incentive mechanism and to promote the development of enterprise. This paper is base on the present incentive mechanism, to analysed its questions and reasons, and proposed a set of countermeasures, including salary, train, enterprise culture and team. It will promote the competitiveness of enterprise by effective incentive mechanism.
