摘要

Using metal cutting theory to research detecting cutting force on-line rationale and test principle, take electric motor input power as intermediate value, uses a way which of the direct measure stator winding transient voltage and the electric current to test cutting force, to realize monitor on-line cutting force of the machine tool. The concrete has designed the single chip computer system's hardware principle structure and the test program structure and the main module flow for which test real-time cutting force.
