摘要

The dependence of sensitive mechanism on flow in hermetic chamber of the gas pendulum tilt sensor was explained in this article. Control equations of the flow were induced at first. Through these equations and boundary conditions, fluid flow was simulated which include temperature and velocity caused by a point heat source in a two dimension hermetic chamber, and the variation of hot wires resistances with gas pendulum tilt sensor was analyzed using those simulation results. It is obvious that temperature field, which formed by point heat source brings a crucial function. When environmental temperature changes, the boundary conditions are changed, so does the flow. The signal of output is variety with environmental temperature. On the basis of control equations, fluid flow is similarity under the condition, the difference between environmental temperature and inner of sensor keep invariable. Using a compensation circuit, the condition will be achieved and further eliminating effectively the influence of environmental temperature on tilt sensor property.
