The Optimization of oil-gas exploration and development investment structure's goal is to maintain the oil field enterprise long-term and stability development. The model idea is: First,summary the law of the exploration and development,second, determine the constraints,such as the capital, reserves replacement ratio, and other such constraints; third, forecast the proved reserves of this year exploration investment and exploit these reserves;final, the maximum net present value of investment in exploration and development is the best investment in exploration and development.
