The wing-body joint location is key step in aircraft design which has close relationship with the balancing, maneuverability and stability, hiding ability. In this paper, aiming at the wing-body joint location of quasi-waverider hypersonic vehicle, improving on the Simple Genetic Algorithms(SGA), inducting the simulated annealing algorithm (SAA), the Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (HGA) comes into being. Optimizing the wing-body joint location with the HGA, getting the Pareto optimal solution, the best configuration is recommended. Comparing with the basic model configuration, the recommended configuration improves in the balancing, maneuverability and stability, hiding ability.
