The expansion of the Internet has changed the way business models are conceived. In addition, several e-commerce models have been established for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the proliferation of advanced and efficient technologies, individuals are using more interactive and rich Internet applications. At the same time, Multi-agent systems have shown their efficiency to solve complex problems and to deal with situations where the collaboration between heterogeneous agents is needed. Negotiation among agents represents an important and challenging field of study, since most of the business models can be adopted and implemented according to this architecture. In this paper, we will develop a negotiation architecture for products design, and thus, through the collaboration of an agent and a human. The user will design the product using a 3D interface, and the agent will negotiate over the possible contract i.e. an optimal design of the product. Furthermore, we will investigate possible representations of a specific type of contracts, representing a 3D object. We will also highlight the existing semantics between attributes and therefore establish possible assumptions related to general contracts modeling.
