摘要

Dynamic interference detection is one of the key technologies of interactive virtual simulation, and is an important influencing factor of real-time performance and authenticity of simulation. Especially, most of the applications in ship building industry are in large data environment and shows apparent differences among specialties. Therefore, dynamic interference detection is of great significance to collision detection and avoidance in ship design and building simulation. Based on analysis of the characteristic of ship design and building simulation, a real-time dynamic interference detection method that is suitable for applications in ship building industry is proposed in this paper. Based on this method, a dynamic interference detection development kit and a CAD data conversion module are developed. The correctness and feasibility of the method is verified by their application to hoisting process simulation.
