摘要

A high-performance anti-sinking assistant decision system serves as a pivot for ship commander to make exact decisionsand carry out effective measures as quickly as possible when adjustments are needed. Assistant decision systemsnowadays can help to monitor the basic navigation information and control ship stability and buoyancy, but most ofthese systems suffer the following limitations: 1 System’s architecture is too simple to implement a large-scale processcontrol. 2 Inefficient anti-sinking algorithms decrease the rapidity and precision of decisions generating. 3 HMI (humanmachine interface) is always ivory-towered that greatly reduces the practicability of system. The equilibrium-parameterbased anti-sinking assistant decision system (EPBS) implement a rapid iterative algorithm which take equilibriumparameter ω as the optimization target-value. The EPBS is developed upon an object-oriented SCADA platform withwindow’s component object module (COM) which offers a high performance and practicability. The EPBS has beenimproved very efficient by a set of given examples of simulation.
