The Key Factors to the Evolution of Enterprises Competitive Advantage

摘要

Gaining competitive advantage is conducive for enterprises to an invincible position. Based on the perspective of evolutionary economics and relevant theories of competi tive advantage,this paper analyzes the key factors to the evolution of competitive advantage from enterprise rou tines,selection environment and search mechanism. Then it analyzes the components of the key factors and studies the relationship between the various key factors by using methods as factor analysis,structural equation modeling and regression analysis. The empirical analysis shows that the enterprise routines produce the positive role di rectly to the competitive advantage,search mechanism mainly influences the enterprises competitive advantage though the enterprise routines,and selection environment plays regulating function in the influence the enterprise routines and search mechanism to the enterprises com petitive advantage.
