摘要

The structure and the property rights policy of China's coal industry are not perfect, by introducing the concept of the "evolutionary stable strategy" (ESS) and solving the practical problems in the limited rationality game, the evolution game turns into a more convincing and vitality theory in explaining the phenomenon of economic management. Take China's coal enterprises as the object of study, by establishing Replication Dynamic model, the paper analyzes the process to balance the game, and then draw two revelations: the government must build system of coal industry, comb the tax system with incentive effect;introducing the advanced management technology of developed country, make enterprise fully understanding, develop themselves.
