RMS (Reliability;Maintainability;Supportability) information collecting and statistic analysis can be used to evaluate equipment's RMS level in operational condition.Also it is highly important to perfecting support concept,improving on quality and reliability growth.The paper briefly states RMS information collecting and statistic analysis method of certain electron equipment RMS parameters of the electron equipment are quantificationally evaluated.Failure phenomena,failure causes and maintenance modes of the electron equipment are analyzed.These offer information and assistance for the electron equipment in order to improve quality, grow reliability and perfect support concept.
