摘要

This paper analyzes the basic principles of safety test system in accordance with multi-standards. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the various tests,the cubic spline interpolation is introduced in calibration to get the error curve,and the actual measurements can be calculated by means of the error curve emendation after the data acquisition and processing.Examples with actual experiment demonstrate that the algorithm which is applied to safety testing could improve the measurement accuracy. The system has good repeatability and stability,and fulfills the variety of the standards.
