To converse membership degrees from indexes to objective is the core step in multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which is the best model of ecological security evaluation; but the existing converse algorithms of membership degrees are questionable because redundant data of membership degrees of indexes, which are useless to objective classification, are involved in calculation of membership degrees of the objective. For this case, distinguishable weight is designed through finding the information in index membership about object classification, which eliminates the redundant data and extract the effective values; Secondly, transform effective value to comparable value by importance weight of index and generate comparable sum; then calculating object membership by comparable sum. In this way, an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to security evaluation of ecological area is established without any redundant date.
