Informatization is the developing trend of construction management, and the research on the maturity of it is useful to the strategic selection and implementation of construction enterprise informatization. In this paper, the definition of informatization maturity and importance of maturity model are analyzed from a professional angel and the chief framework of informatization maturity is established on the basis of software capability maturity theory. .The contents of the framework include five subsystems such as management capacity maturity、implementation capacity maturity 、 software capacity maturity 、personnel capacity maturity and environment capacity maturity. The integrated informatization capacity maturity evaluation framework of construction enterprise is composed of these five aspects. The present paper puts forward an elementary model of building enterprise informatization maturity based on the analysis on the concept and significance of building enterprise informatization and informatization maturity. This model will provide valuable instruction to the implementation of informatization in building corporations.
