Study on Judgment Standard of Construction Project Management Process

摘要

This paper summarized the characteristics of construction project management process and studied the judgment method to measure it. it chose and analyzed 11 pieces of literatures about process evaluation index, then calculated the use rate of each index. An evaluation index set of project management process is formulated in this study. The evaluation index set includes eight indexes that are process cost, process time, process quality, process efficiency, reliability and stability, customer satisfaction, flexibility, process management and innovation. The eight indexes can systematically and comprehensively reflect the characteristics of construction project management process. Then a judgment standard of project management process is constructed according to the evaluation index set. The judgment standard divides the construction project management process into five ranks, especially are informal level, fundamental level, developing level, standard level and lean level. This judgment standard can reasonably evaluate project management process and lay a foundation for process optimization and decision.
