An empirical analysis on the factors Influencing the development of real estate market in Jiangxi Province

As one of the leading industries of national economic development, real estate industry is very crucial to the macroeconomie development. The history and theory of domestic and foreign economic growth have repeatedly proved that the real estate industry is of high sensitivity and in advance of economic development. The rapid development of real estate is the premise and the major contents of rapid economic growth, at the same time, rapid economic growth also brings the real estate industry forward. Moreover, in view of its push to the development of such as construction, building materials, finance, furniture and other related industries, the real estate industry is an important force for promoting domestic demand and economic growth. This article, at first, put forward the background and significance of the study on the real estate market development in our province, and selected and analyzed the restricted factors of real estate market development, then we made use of statistical methods to carry out the empirical analysis on the factors influencing the development of real estate market, at last, we drew relevant conclusions.
