The Evaluating Method of Compensation for Land Requisition based on Set Pair Analysis

The uncertainty factors are ignored by current evaluating methods of compensation for land requisition. The lowest and highest compensation for land requisition are tangible. However, the material compensation for land requisition in specific location is intangible. Introduced to Set Pair Analysis, this paper put forward a new method, which considers the uncertainty factors in evaluating compensation for land requisition. The research indicates that the evaluating method of compensation for land requisition based on Set Pair Analysis is valid This paper shows that the method of evaluating land compensation price, based on Set Pair Analysis. has not only drawn existing methods, but also improved the existing deficiencies. This method makes full use of relative information on land compensation price, such as Agricultural land classification and other information. In this way, it can improve flexibilit and completeness of the results, and provides more information in price negotiations.
