As for Liu Si-feng’s formula of generalized absolute grey relational grade (2004), Cao Ming-xia (2007) argued that |si-s0| should be measured by the actual area between two polygonal lines of sequences, and proposed Cao-improved generalized absolute grey relational grade. In this paper, firstly, we showed that Cao’s method still has limitation, and we argued that |si| and |s0| should also be measured by actual area besides |si-s0| in the formula; Secondly, we showed the limitation of the starting-point annihilating operator, and then proposed the point-wise annihilating operator and improved the generalized absolute grey relational grade based on the point-wise annihilating operator.
