Cyclic Delay Diversity (CDD) has been considered as an improving way to obtain frequency diversity. Single Carrier FDMA (SC-FDMA) combines the advantages of the OFDMA but with lower Peak to Average Power Ratio (PAPR). In this paper we propose SC-FDMA with CDD system which achieves full diversity without data rate loss. In addition we apply linear precoding to SC-FDMA-CDD system especially in Rayleigh fading channel to further improve the BER performance.
