摘要

An improved fuzzy interpolation algorithm for two-pipe water samples collected bistable valve control system has been proposed. The control system mainly consists of 32-bit embedded RISC microprocessor core, which using the improved fuzzy interpolation algorithm bistable twin-tube water samples acquisition valve. The practical application of the results have solved many key technology, such as the flexible valve switches, determine the limits location of valve position, electrical protection, precise positioning, isolation of analog signal. The experiment and analysis show that the control system can achieve good control effect. Compared with the traditional valve, the new system has been further improved to make collected process control of water samples accuracy and reliability, and has a small size, high reliability, high accuracy and low cost characteristics.
