We have developed a framework for commercial satellite TT&C system and the system called BirdStar which is builton the framework. The framework is designed to divide software into common functions and functions depending on eachsatellite or other specific ground equipment. This design enhances extensibility of the system. Furthermore, theframework provides various configuration tools for generating system description data. These tools improve softwareproductivity of the system. This paper describes the framework and the overview of BirdStar.
