NANO IN~(?) RESIN FILM,AN INNOVATIVE SOLUTION FOR NANOCOMPOSITES

摘要

Nanoledge and V+I composites developed a ready-to-use nanoparticles filled resin film. Thisenables to combine (i) the advantage of the nanoparticles without their sensitive manipulation orthe nanoparticles filled resin handling and (ii) the advantage of the resin film infusion such asaccurate high fibre volume content, safety and cleanliness. This NANO IN~(TM) resin films enablesthe development of high performance composites by fast and easy stacking of resin film onto UDfibers or woven fabrics. The physico-chemical characteristics of the resin film, their processingand the resulting nanocomposites properties will be described and analysed.
