摘要

Incremental investment return for energy efficient building depends on saving energy expense during the stage of building operation and usage in the future. For the characteristics of long return period and the separation between investment and return, the incremental investment for energy efficient building is not active or enough to support energy efficient building construction. The following problems are emerged for not clearly understanding and analysis for incremental investment. The study confirms the principle and method for analyzing incremental investment from the view of whole life cycle, identify the causal subject for incremental investment, and establish three-dimension forecasting model including incremental momentum emerging dimension, life cycle dimension and energy consumption dimension. Further, conclude on the interior and exterior impetus for arising incremental investment so as to find the way to improve incremental investment condition.
